Adam
co–founder
Adam Zane is a licensed California State Contractor (#723623), responsible for the company’s vision, philosophy and overall guidance of operations. Since 1992 Adam Zane’s career has encompassed a wide spectrum of construction experience with an extensive background in framing, grading operations and large hillside foundations. In 1999, Mr. Zane began focusing on the acquisition of properties and the development of custom residential estates from foundation to finish. Adam Zane is a native of Los Angeles, California and has degrees in Economics and Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
Mark
co–founder
Mark Small is responsible for the company’s construction and completion operations. Since 1998, Mark Small has been involved in a variety of development and construction projects from small remodels to apartment building acquisition and rehabilitation to building small and large custom homes. Mark Small’s affable communication and people skills have helped AMG build an excellent reputation with many financial partners, subcontractors and the eventual owners of AMG Capital’s fine homes. Mark Small is a native of Los Angeles, California and studied management and psychology at California State University Northridge and University of California, Santa Barbara.
Gil

Gil Charash is a licensed California State Contractor (#840724), responsible for the company’s financing, development and acquisitions. Since 1998, Gil Charash’s career has been engulfed in a variety of development and construction projects from small remodels to apartment building acquisition and rehabilitation to building small and large custom homes. He has been at the head of more than $200 million in real estate development projects. Gil Charash is a native of Los Angeles, California and studied Business Economics and Management at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
